Greenman Properties wanted a visually dynamic and playful campaign to get their target audience’s attention.
Greenman Properties has been in the Oregon real estate business for more than 40 years working with clients and communities all over the state. This campaign was an opportunity to focus on the coastal community of South Beach – with endless shorelines and proximity to a plethora of outdoor amenities South Beach has become a haven for active seniors. I wanted the tagline, ad copy, and imagery to reflect the activeness and enthusiasm many seniors bring to their retirements.
Since this campaign was targeting a more mature selection of Greenman Properties’ audience there was a need to have these ads work beyond a digital interface and be engaging enough for traditional print media as well.
